About the team you are joining The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program Office is responsible for the global implementation and continuous development of the IOSA Program. You will reports to the Senior Manager, Audit Administration and support the IOSA and ISSA programs.
What your day would be like
You will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the IOSA and ISSA programs, supporting a range of operational, customer service, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Your responsibilities will include managing contracts and invoices, maintaining the IOSA Registry, coordinating program-related activities, and collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of program services. In particular, you will:
Process IOSA and ISSA agreements for airlines and auditors.
Review registrations and follow up as needed to ensure the accurate listing of airlines in the IOSA and ISSA Registries.
Support the planning, preparation, and coordination of industry meetings and events.
Coordinate and execute administrative activities related to the IOSA & ISSA programs.
Manage invoicing processes for IOSA agreements, audits, and related services.
Support the audit allocation process and coordinate audit scheduling with airlines.
Contribute to customer relationship management activities through regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process requests for IOSA Audit Reports and related documentation.
Maintain and update IOSA web content and support program communications and outreach initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives and support ongoing program projects as required. We would love to hear from you if
… you have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
University degree in a relevant discipline.
In-depth knowledge of the IOSA and ISSA programs.
Proven experience in administrative functions, including contracting, invoicing, and stakeholder communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Strong organizational, planning, and administrative capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be an asset.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain team-oriented relationships with management, customers, and industry stakeholders.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization is considered an asset.
