As a Hip Hop Dance Instructor, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons while fostering a secure and supportive environment. This position requires availability during evenings and weekends. You’ll develop lesson plans tailored to various ability levels and ensure participants are well-informed about program details and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise Hip Hop dance classes
• Develop detailed lesson plans by week two
• Organize program equipment and maintain supply inventory
• Keep accurate attendance records and manage absences
• Ensure safety for all participants during activities
Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma and dance training
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Hip Hop
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Minimum age of 16 at employment start
• Strong communication and leadership skills
