Your New CompanyOur client is a well-established and rapidly growing organization operating in the residential property management industryManages a large, multi-provincial portfolio across Western CanadaBacked by strong leadership, disciplined operations, and a long-term growth strategyHeadquartered in Calgary, with continued investment in people, systems, and expansionYour New RoleReporting into senior leadership, this role supports the operational oversight of a large residential portfolioYou’ll act as a senior leader across regions, bridging day-to-day operations with strategic executionOversee residential property operations including property management, maintenance, and tenant relationsThe Senior Operations Manager will work closely with Regional Managers, Property Managers, Maintenance teams, and cross-functional partners including Finance, Marketing, and Human ResourcesProvide leadership, coaching, and performance support to Regional and Property Management teamsImprove operational performance through process optimization, reporting accuracy, and best practicesEnsure strong rent collection, receivables oversight, and cost controlsSupport and monitor vendor and supplier relationships, addressing performance or service issuesAssist with portfolio growth, acquisitions, and operational integrationEnsure compliance with regulatory, safety,



and housing requirementsBased in Calgary with travel across the portfolio twice a monthWhat You’ll Need to SucceedPost-secondary education in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline7–10+ years of experience in property management or real estate operationsProven leadership experience across multi-site or regional portfoliosStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage at operational and executive levelsExperience with property management systems (e.G.
