Society (AMS) is seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor for its Pit Pub. This position oversees bar operations, staff management, and customer engagement during vibrant events including Pit Night. With a focus on sales growth and compliance with regulations, you will ensure an enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bar staff and oversee daily operations
- Ensure compliance with Food Protected and liquor laws
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests
- Achieve sales goals through effective suggestive selling
- Maintain accurate cash handling and stock ordering Requirements:
- 3+ years bartending experience in high volume settings
- 1+ year supervising a bar in high volume environments
- Valid Food Safe and Serving it Right certifications
- Ability to lift up to 25 kgs (50 lbs)
