Responsibilities

- Welcome each guest warmly and with enthusiasm, always creating an exceptional first impression.
- Enthusiastically inform guests about our offerings and share your menu knowledge to make the best recommendations.




- Accurately and precisely enter information into the POS system ensuring communications are clear for the BOH team.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern.
- Go above and beyond for special requests or celebrations and take food preferences and guest allergies or dietary restrictions seriously.
- Follow all food safety standards and systems keenly.
- Perform such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

- High attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment in a similar role.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High level of product knowledge including wine and cocktails.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
