AGI is looking for a skilled Powder Coater to ensure product quality through stringent adherence to SOPs and improving productivity. You will read blueprints, operate machinery, and conduct quality checks throughout the coating process. Your expertise will contribute to assembling and packaging quality products, ensuring accurate coating application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all SOPs and enhance production efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate coating
• Perform quality checks on coatings and materials
• Operate forklifts and cranes as needed
• Log time and manage material staging for production
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Experience with machinery and attention to detail
• Capable of working in various conditions
