MandateThe Senior Manager, Transformation & Strategic Initiatives leads high‑priority transformation efforts, including the adoption and operationalization of artificial intelligence within the Wealth Management Governance & Controls team. This role is accountable for translating strategy into execution by driving change, operational improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen performance, effectiveness, and long‑term capability.This is a senior individual‑contributor and people‑leadership role for an experienced manager who can operate at the intersection of strategy, AI/automation, and change management.
