The work in this role is application-focused, centered on SharePoint administration and M365 platform configuration, operating alongside a separate infrastructure team that manages retention policies and the underlying M365 environment. There is some ambiguity in the division of responsibilities between the two teams, and the role requires the judgment to navigate that independently, apply best practices without established guidelines, and make sound decisions on scope and ownership. Scripting and automation skills are required, and a broad background across multiple enterprise applications is considered a strong asset given the team’s ongoing intake of new tooling. Current project work includes AI pilots across Copilot and ChatGPT, as well as active security remediation efforts. The role carries a mentorship and technical leadership component,
