Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of Project Engineer/Project Manager. This candidate must have a robust technical background in custom machine design, manufacturing and testing. The Project Engineer/Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects that meet all customer requirements by managing scope, cost, and schedule. The role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments. The hours will typically be in the office Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Base salary: $64,000 - $95,000 / yearLocation: 45 Innovation Dr, Dundas, ON L9H 7L8Date Posted: November 24, 2025Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):Review contracts to define project scope, deliverables and schedule in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersLead and coordinate project staff to ensure project milestones, technical and quality requirements are metDevelop positive working relationships with customers while communicating project status, addressing concerns and ensuring expectations are met, typically by chairing regular meetingsCoordinate with the Welding Engineer to develop process documents, inspection and test plans, technique sheets, work instructions, work plan and etcCollaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to define quality and documentation control requirementsCommunicate all quality requirements to project stakeholdersCollaborate with the Site Superintendent/General Foreman to match contract scope to site conditions, identify gaps and define staffing,
