Overview Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking to hire a Sr.

Business

Analyst - ESG Compliance & Data Analysis for a full-time contract. This is a Hybrid role based in Toronto, with 3 days in office per week. Must-Have Skills - 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (experience with a Big 5 Bank preferred).

- Proven experience conducting data and gap analysis to drive business decisions.
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.
- Experience with regulatory or compliance initiatives (OSFI B-15 exposure is an asset).
- Proficiency with SQL and SAS for data analysis, navigation, and quality assessment.
- Robust ability to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows,



and functional specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Nice-to-Have Skills - Understanding of ESG landscape and regulatory frameworks.
- CBAP certification or equivalent business analysis credential.
