Drive technical success in your customer accounts as a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks. This hybrid position requires expertise in both technology and strategic relationship management.As a key member of the Field Engineering Team, you will accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform among strategic customers. By overseeing technical project deliveries and nurturing executive relationships, you will guide customers from initial usage to full-scale implementation.



This role is pivotal for ensuring the clients' return on investment within our data solutions.Key Responsibilities:Define strategies for customer engagement and onboardingAct as a technical resource for ongoing support during implementationFacilitate access to expert-level assistance for complex issuesCreate coordinated plans for customer adoption of use casesReport on customer health and usage metrics to stakeholdersRequirements:Minimum 5 years in technical project/program deliveryProficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, or ScalaExperience in a customer-facing technical architecture roleKnowledge of attributes that drive business value in projectsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplinesShape customer experiences and facilitate their success in data solutions at Databricks as a Delivery Solutions Architect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
