About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Capability & Quality Lead to reimagine and modernise how our people learn, perform and deliver for Members. This is a pivotal opportunity to set the direction for capability development and quality across Member Services by introducing modern adult learning practices, building scalable blended learning solutions, and using data and insight to lift productivity, consistency and outcomes for both Members and employees.
