You’ll support patients recovering from upper extremity injuries through assessments and tailored treatment plans. Ideal candidates are skilled in effective communication and possess a track record of adaptability to meet diverse patient needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement patient-centered treatment programs
- Provide therapy for injury recovery, including splinting
- Manage wound care, pain relief, and scar management
- Collaborate with surgeons in clinic assessments
- Support patients in improving function and independence Requirements:
- Member of the College of Occupational Therapists in Ontario
- 3-5 years of hand therapy experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rehabilitation team
- Solid organizational and communication skills
