Your mission - Captain the Challenger CL30 series in domestic and international operations with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
- Execute all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel, weight and balance, FMS programming, and flight release coordination.
- Operate in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and international procedures for operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
- Deliver a refined, customer-centric experience; anticipate needs and communicate with poise under pressure.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on-time, on-standard departures.
- Model a just culture: lead by example, mentor, and uphold the highest safety and service standards. What you bring (Minimum requirements) - Total Time: 3,000+ hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000+ hours
- Jet Time: 500+ hours
- License: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required – CL30 training provided for selected candidates
- Eligibility: Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
- Professionalism: Solid customer service orientation; proven ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Travel: Willing and able to travel without restriction Preferred qualifications - Challenger 3500 experience (strong asset)
- International flying experience and familiarity with global procedures
- Recent experience in customer-facing corporate/charter operations
- A track record as a highly experienced Captain with exemplary decision-making Training and progression No type rating? No problem. For qualified Captains, we provide CL30 type rating and recurrent training focused on standardization, safety leadership, and operational excellence.
