In this full-time, seasonal role, you'll report to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef. Focus on preparing high-quality meals in a sanitary environment while meeting health and safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork abilities will be essential for success in our fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely and quality food service for breakfast
• Uphold cleanliness in all kitchen areas
• Control food waste and maintain inventory checks
• Set up and take down buffet stations daily
• Coordinate staff meal plans and additional meal payments
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or chef certification preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Food Safe and WHMIS certifications a must
• Physical ability to lift and work on feet regularly
• Versatile availability for various shifts
