Job SummaryLittle Scientists Preschool is a STEM-based early learning program located in the Sage Hill community of NW Calgary. We are a licensed half-day preschool offering AM and PM classes for children ages 2.5–6. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated, part-time (Tuesday/Thursday), Early Learning Childhood Education with minimum level 2 who is excited to inspire curiosity, discovery, and early scientific thinking through play-based learning. If you're an enthusiastic educator who thrives in a collaborative and nurturing environment, we'd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a classroom of preschoolers in a structured, engaging, and nurturing environmentDesign and implement age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans with a STEM focusSupport children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developmentFoster an inclusive classroom culture that encourages exploration and independent thinkingTrack and document each child's growth and learning, adapting activities to individual needsCommunicate regularly with parents regarding progress and classroom activitiesCollaborate with the Director and fellow educators to maintain program quality and consistencyEnsure a clean, organized,
