Reporting to the Director of Care, the RPN will ensure high-quality nursing practices by adhering to the Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide resident care following nursing standards and physicians' orders
• Assess residents and implement care plans accordingly




• Monitor health changes and refer residents to doctors as necessary
• Direct and evaluate personal care staff on the unit
• Complete medication passes accurately and on time
Requirements:
• Current RPN certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience with cognitively impaired residents
• Knowledge of nursing and health care practices
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication abilities both verbally and in writing
