You as a Chief Estimator Experience in creating and monitoring construction estimates across a variety of project types and delivery methods, including lump sum,unit rate, time and material constructionmanagement and design build with the ability to lead a team in the preparation of estimates for major projects Manage and administer department functions including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignments, performance evaluations,
etc Effectively determine the bid strategies required for the company to be successful as well as plan and coordinate and supervise large projects Manage people and look after the bids Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
