Pursue a meaningful career as a Supported Child Development Consultant at the BC Centre for Ability. In this role, you will collaborate with families and child care providers to develop individualized support plans in the Supported Child Development Program.

- Gather information and observe children needing support
- Create individual plans in partnership with families
- Provide educational resources on inclusion practices
- Coordinate with providers to foster an inclusive environment
- Facilitate transitions into early childhood educational settings Requirements:
- Two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with community support services
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
