To meet our customers' needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.*Note: work hours depend on the needs of the department.Accountabilities:Review insurance policy and coveragesInvestigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liabilitySettle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops),



other insurance companies and law enforcementQualifications:Minimum high school education or equivalent3 - 5 years of customer service experiencePrevious auto adjuster experience preferredKnowledge in understanding and interpreting policiesCommitment to providing outstanding customer serviceProficient keyboard skills and computer literacyBonus Qualifications:Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designationFluency in other languages, is a strong asset Insurance, Customer Service, Damage Assessment, Detail-Oriented, Documentations, Estimatics, Fraud Investigations, Insurance, Negotiation, Organizing, Prioritization, Problem Solving, Time ManagementCompensationExpected compensation for this role ranges from $ 47,800.00 - 73,000.00 annually.
