Role OverviewSunnybrae Golf Club is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all front-of-house and beverage operations. This role is hospitality-driven, with guest experience as the top priority, while ensuring staff are well trained, operations are organized, and costs are controlled.The Food & Beverage Manager works closely with the head chef, director of golf operations, and ownership to deliver consistent service for daily play, leagues, tournaments, and banquets.Experience Requirements5+ years experience in food & beverage managementGolf course, club, or high-volume hospitality experience preferredStrong staff leadership and organizational skillsKey ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience (Top Priority)Overall responsibility for guest experience for members, public golfers, league players, and tournament and banquet guestsMaintain service standards across café, patio, bar, and banquet areasStaffing & LeadershipHiring, training, scheduling, and supervising all food and beverage staffCreate daily and weekly staff schedules based on: events, weather, league nights, tournament demandSupervise daily staff performance across all service areasTrain staff on service standards and cost awarenessBeverage Operations & InventoryResponsible for ordering all beverages, including: liquor, wine, beer,
