this role is responsible for completing analytical and administrative tasks to support the Customer and Response Outreach team, as it relates to the delivery of Halton's Public Works Water and Wastewater program and services.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollect information from internal and external stakeholders to help analyze existing Water and Wastewater Services' processes and programs to support continuous improvement initiativesMonitor and analyze customer data from multiple data sources to identify correlations and patterns and to make recommendations to improve customer communications and water and wastewater processes, programs or servicesAssist with business process mapping of internal Customer Response and Outreach processesPrepare presentations and graphsSupport Water and Wastewater program content updates for website as requiredAttend and support Halton's Annual Children's Water Festival and other community-based initiativesConduct outbound calls and receive inbound calls, as it relates to residents and businesses water and wastewater servicesClose Service Requests and Work Orders as requiredPrepare letters and other printed materials for residents and businessesPrepare meeting agendas, and record meeting minutes as requiredSkills & QualificationsEssentialAnalytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyze data and identify correlation and patternsAbility to manage changing priorities and multi-taskStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as member of a teamPreferredPast experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS OneNote,
