What you'll do

- Stock and organize products to ensure shelves are fully stocked for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the Smallwares area.
- Greet and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Previous experience in a retail or stocking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

- Experience in a warehouse or grocery environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in using basic hand tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a retail setting.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack or similar equipment.
