and electronically file court documentsManage litigation files from active matters through file closing, ensuring documents remain organized and up to dateCoordinate court deadlines, filings, schedules, and communications across multiple lawyersMaintain document management systems and ensure files are complete and accurateAssist with trademark administration and trademark file management (training provided where required)Communicate with clients, courts, and external stakeholdersProvide general administrative and litigation support as requiredAbout You2-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant supporting litigation mattersExperience preparing court documents and supporting court filing processes (Federal Court experience is considered a strong asset)Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailComfortable managing complex legal files and document management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience using legal document management systems such as iManage, NetDocuments, or similar platforms is considered an assetInterest or experience in intellectual property or trademark matters is considered an asset, but is not requiredThe Extras That MatterJoin a firm that challenges the status quo and embraces innovationCompensation starting at $65,000 annually depending on experience plus bonus3 weeks' vacation plus office closure during the December holidaysOn-site gym, golf simulator, bar, and pool tableCollaborative and social office environment with regular team-building opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
