This role is built for a producer who is equally fluent in social-first content and larger-scale productions, and who knows how to shift gears between agency producing, line producing, and post producing depending on the project. This is a hands-on, hybrid role for a producer who understands both agency production and line production. From always-on social content to high-end video and photography, experiential activations, thumb-stopping stunts, and everything in between, the Integrated Producer leads productions end-to-end — balancing speed, quality, budgets, and creative ambition in a fast-moving environment.Reporting to Senior Producer, this role partners closely with Creative, Social, Strategy, Accounts, Partnerships, and external partners to deliver work that is culturally fluent, on time, on budget, and built for the platforms it lives on.–––On a day-to-day basis, the Integrated Producer will be responsible for:Production ExecutionLead end-to-end production across a wide range of deliverables, including social-first content, video, photography, experiential activations, and integrated campaigns.Translate creative ideas into clear, executable production plans without diluting creative ambition.Partner with Account and Creative teams to scope projects, define production approaches, and set realistic timelines and budgets.Lead client communication on production-related matters, managing expectations with transparency and confidence.Identify risks early and proactively course-correct to protect creative quality, timelines, and budgets.Act as a steady, solutions-oriented presence throughout the production lifecycle.Own detailed production planning, including schedules, call sheets, shot lists, staffing plans, and vendor coordination.Source, hire, and manage freelance crew, creators, production partners, and vendors.Oversee on-set / on-site execution for shoots, activations, and events, ensuring safety, efficiency,



and creative excellence.Manage post-production workflows to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on brief, and on time.Financial and Operational OwnershipBuild and manage production budgets, including estimates, cost tracking, reconciliations, and change orders.Ensure productions stay within approved scopes and budgets while maintaining agency margins.Partner with Finance and Production Leadership on invoicing, payments, and cost reporting.Maintain organized documentation across productions and department folders to support clarity, accountability, and scalability.Support new business efforts by contributing production thinking to pitches, estimates, and proposed approaches.Support in the development and evolution of best-in-class production systems, workflows, and standards that enable efficiency without sacrificing quality.Industry Network & PartnershipsBring an active, trusted rolodex of industry contacts, including freelance crew, creators, directors, photographers, editors, production partners, and vendors.Leverage existing relationships to staff projects quickly, smartly, and cost-effectively based on the needs of each production.Build and maintain strong, respectful partnerships with external collaborators that reflect Academy’s values and standards.Continuously expand Academy’s production network by identifying new talent, emerging creators, and best-in-class partners.Know who to call — and when — to solve problems, elevate creative, or unlock efficiencies under tight timelinesCollaboration & CultureWork closely with Creative, Strategy, Partnerships, Media, and Accounts to ensure production is embedded early and effectively.Contribute to evolving production workflows, tools, and best practices that support a fast-moving, social-first environment.Foster a collaborative, respectful production culture grounded in trust, communication,



and shared ownership.Support and mentor junior production team members and freelancers as needed.What You Bring 3-5 years of experience producing within a creative agency and/or production environment. Experience producing video, social, photography, and integrated campaigns; experiential and event production experience is a strong asset.Proven experience producing social-first content at scale.Strong understanding of platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.Ability to confidently operate in both agency producer and line producer roles.Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong budgeting, estimating, and financial tracking experience. Comfort working directly with clients, senior creatives, and external partners.High EQ, clear communication style, and steady leadership under pressure.A collaborative, solutions-first mindset with a genuine passion for making great work.Demonstrated ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and sound judgment.
