Job Overview:

Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd.islooking for a qualifiedCleanerfor an immediate position locatedwithinthe Montreal area. Domus has been in operation for over 50 yearswith more than 600 employees in multiple provinces and has an excellentreputation as a janitorial services provider.





Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate, and plan thework of employees
- Conduct monthly inspections of thefacilities (including monitoring inventory and supplies)
- Ensure the proper maintenance of allcleaning equipment
- Cleaning duties including but notlimited to; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing
- Completing orientation and trainingof all current staff
- Complete and submit time-offrequests, disciplinary reports, accident reports, and other supervisor
- Recommend or arrange for additionalservices required such as floor waxing, carpet cleaning, or
- Monitor and maintain Domus standardsof cleanliness

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Supervisorexperience within the cleaning industry (commercial, industrial, or office)
- Advancedreading, writing, and communication skills
- PhysicalAbilities: standing, kneeling, walking up to 8 hrs a day
