The Direct Support Worker provides support and assistance to individuals that promotes their independence and is person centered. The Direct Support Worker in this position will have a line covering Sleep Overnight shifts and potentially every other weekend.WAGE:$23.24 to $26.95 hourlyQUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary degree/diploma in the social services field, such as a DSW/PSW or enrolled in a related college or university program is preferred.ORRelated experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.CPR, Emergency First Aid, NVCIAldaview employees will be responsible for driving residents' appointments, activities etc. therefore a G license requiredExperience supporting individuals with Dual Diagnosis, Mental Health & Addictions would be an assetKNOWLEDGE,
