We are seeking a senior lawyer who practices in corporate law, commercial law, and/or real estate law. The candidate must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience practicing law in BC. We are looking for someone specifically with their own practice and book of clients. We are open to absorbing an existing employee into the lawyer who would join (to the extent applicable). Our objective is to provide a turnkey solution for lawyers who want to spend more time practicing law versus dealing with administrative burdens.RoleThe Associate Counsel role operates on a management fee basis,
