Role Type Internship/Co-op Work Term Fall / Term 1 Work Location Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours 37.5 hours per week Pay Details $48,000 - $68,000 CAD per annum Responsibilities Support the Senior Manager or Manager in driving objectives and key results for a specific phase of the Journey (Shop, Buy, Serve, Engage) by creating and maintaining feature roadmaps, managing escalations, assessing customer feedback, and communicating sprint goals as part of an agile team including IT, Architecture, and Change Management. Measure Journey Key Results at each phase, understand drivers, and uncover new data‑driven insights to influence short‑term tactics and long‑term strategy. Support the Senior Manager or Manager with the long‑term innovation agenda: exploring, developing, and validating new concepts, and defining and scoping early‑stage opportunities through prototyping and testing. Qualifications Working towards a degree/diploma in a related field (e.G., IT, Computer Science,



Engineering, Business). Solid team player, curious to learn, with an ability to quickly build relationships. Passion for making personal finances easier. Experience working on complex problems with competing stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, including developing business documents and leadership presentations. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills Personal experience with self‑directed investing. Experience working in wealth, banking, fintech, consultancy, or digital business. Experience creating business strategy. Experience working in agile or digital delivery methodologies. Familiarity with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
