We are currently supporting a leading professional services organization in the recruitment of a Bilingual Analyst, Advantages & Payroll (Workday) to join their Human Resources team.This role is ideal for an analytical, data‑savvy professional who enjoys working across systems, questioning data, identifying discrepancies, and recommending process improvements—particularly within Benefits administration, supported by Payroll knowledge.What you’ll do:Serve as a functional bridge between Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systemsSupport group benefits administration (health, dental, disability, life, etc.), with a strong emphasis on benefits processesPerform data analysis and reconciliation by reviewing information across Workday and external benefits portals to Identify errors and discrepancies, investigate root cause, recommend and document corrective solutionsAnalyze benefits and payroll data and prepare reports using Workday and advanced ExcelCollaborate with payroll teams on reconciliations, audits,



and statutory remittancesAct as an escalation point for employee inquiries related to benefits and payrollWork closely with HR Technology teams on Workday functional support (not configuration), including integrations and release testingBuild and maintain dashboards and advanced Excel models (pivot tables, reconciliation spreadsheets, data validation)Question existing processes, document findings, and contribute insights to process improvements and HR initiativesWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 3+ years of functional experience with Workday Benefits and Payroll (end-user/administrative perspective, not system configuration)Strong experience analyzing and reconciling data across multiple HR systemsExperience working with external benefits providers Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation workflows; Excel test required)Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Canadian payroll and benefits legislationFully bilingual (English & French)Work model: Hybrid ( 3 days in office)Salary range: $90,000 - $95,000/CAD
