Our clients trust us because we care deeply about the details, think strategically, and genuinely invest in their success.
As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for someone who shares those values and wants to grow alongside us.
About the Role We're looking for a Community Manager & Client Engagement Specialist to become an extension of our clients' brands. This isn't a role where you'll simply respond to comments or schedule social media posts. You'll play an important part in helping brands build genuine relationships with their audiences, increase visibility through strategic engagement, identify opportunities, and ensure no meaningful interaction goes unnoticed.
You'll manage community engagement across a variety of industries while learning how different brands communicate, build trust, and grow loyal communities online. Every day looks a little different, making this an ideal role for someone who genuinely loves marketing, communication, psychology, branding, and social media. You'll work closely with our CEO, COO, Account Managers, and Social Media Managers, receiving hands-on mentorship in a collaborative agency environment where initiative is encouraged and growth is rewarded.
What You'll Be Responsible For Community Management (Primary Responsibility) Community management is the heart of this role.
You'll be responsible for creating meaningful interactions that help our clients build stronger relationships with their communities while strategically increasing brand visibility.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily inbound and outbound engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social platforms
Responding to comments, direct messages, Story replies, mentions and community conversations while maintaining each client's unique tone of voice
Proactively engaging with ideal customers, complementary businesses, creators and relevant communities to expand brand awareness
Building authentic relationships through thoughtful, genuine interactions—not generic comments or automated responses
Monitoring mentions, tags and user-generated content opportunities
Identifying potential sales leads, partnership opportunities and customer buying signals
Monitoring online reputation and escalating customer service concerns or sensitive conversations when appropriate
Identifying recurring audience questions, trends and insights that can help shape future content strategy
Helping ensure every client account feels active, responsive, approachable and genuinely connected to its audience Marketing & Agency Support As part of our agency team, you'll also support a variety of marketing initiatives, including: Assisting with content planning, scheduling and publishing
Conducting market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring
Supporting performance reporting and basic analytics
