Ledcor is seeking experienced Labourers for their Telecom Construction team in Milton, Ontario. These individuals will play a key role in advancing telecommunications infrastructure by performing a variety of underground utility and civil construction tasks. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, technically adept, and able to work efficiently as part of a crew in outdoor environments.

What You’ll Need

- Experience in underground utility construction, civil construction, or landscaping (asset)
- Ability to read underground telecommunication plans and work maps
- Experience operating and maintaining mini excavators, skid steers, and backhoes
- Robust time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clearly for different forms of communication
- Clean drivers abstract
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
