You as a Construction Manager will: ~ Accountable for overall project performance of one major project ( ~$Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives ~ Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required ~ Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules ~ Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
