Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager , you’ll help us build the demand gen engine that turns AI leverage into pipeline .



This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, self-direction, and AI-powered automation , who wants to take a hands‑on role in strategizing and executing with the team across paid, SEO, and lifecycle motions end to end . This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada. You must be Toronto‑based and able to work our hybrid schedule (in office Mon–Wed). What You’ll Do Set up and run paid acquisition across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and Google — build campaigns, write and test creative, manage budgets, and optimize on pipeline (not vanity metrics). Own technical SEO and organic growth — keyword strategy, on-page, content briefs, and the technical health of our landing pages.
