You’ll act as a key connector between internal teams and external partners, helping translate plans into transparent action and consistent follow through.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-driven, highly organized, and eager to grow their career in operations within a fast-paced, scaling consumer brand.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management- Support day-to-day operations across inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment- Track and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels- Assist with purchase orders, inbound shipments, and production timelines- Help identify inventory risks and flag shortages, delays, or discrepancies2. Logistics & External Partners- Coordinate with 3PLs, freight partners, and suppliers to support smooth inbound and outbound operations- Help resolve delivery, receiving, or discrepancy issues- Maintain accurate shipment, cost,
and logistics records- Support ongoing communication and reporting related to fulfillment performance3. Website & Product Management- Support website product setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance- Create and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, SKUs, and variants- Manage product organization within Shopify, including collections, tags, and merchandising - Support product launches by coordinating updates across Shopify, inventory, and fulfillment systems- Ensure inventory levels, availability, and product details are accurate across the website4. Process & Documentation- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to systems and processes- Maintain clean, accurate operational trackers and filesWhat We’re Looking For1. Required- 1–3 years experience in operations and/or coordination roles- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail- Proficient with spreadsheets, data tracking, and operational tools- Clear, effective, and professional communicator both verbal and written- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities- Energized by fast-moving, high-growth environments- Able to operate independently with limited structure2.
