Role Description

QuadReal is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Coordinator to provide reliable, timely,



and skilled project coordination and administration support to the Capital & Technical Services Department by assisting with the day-to-day project support, including administrative activities and reporting. The position, based in Calgary, AB, entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, design consultants and engineering firms, coordinating general contractors and vendors. The successful candidate will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.

Responsibilities

- Participate in the pre-construction and contractor procurement process, including assisting in the design development, RFPs, Tendering, reviewing of project budgets and generating CEAR request forms as per QuadReal standards.
- Coordinate contractor pre-qualification processes and on-going vendor management
- Assist capital team with building permit applications with input on cost, schedule, constructability and procurement
- Assist in bid leveling and negotiating contrac
