In this role, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, working closely with various stakeholders. Ensure timely account monitoring and effective communication regarding credit limits and collections procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and discuss questionable credit scores with management
- Set up new customer accounts with tax and credit information




- Monitor account credit limits and aging receivables
- Perform collections on invoices over 30 days old
- Resolve customer disputes in coordination with internal teams Requirements:
- 2-5 years of credit collections experience required
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or in progress preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
