The Associate Director, Strategy works closely with fellow strategists and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and effective influencer programs. The role balances strategic perspective with hands‑on operational leadership. It requires comfort navigating evolving influence models while ensuring rigor, governance, and executional excellence.What You’ll DoLead the execution of influencer partnerships across healthcare client portfolios, overseeing vetting, contracting, content development, and regulatory review with internal teams and external partnersDevelop and manage influencer rosters aligned to client objectives, audience needs, and platform dynamics across social ecosystemsPartner with Strategy, Media, Social, and Client teams to integrate influencer programs into broader marketing ecosystems including paid media and searchDocument, standardize, and scale influencer operations best practices through playbooks, workflows,
