Adecco in partnership with our client is currently hiring a full-time experiencedSenior Project Manager (Retail)responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role demands an experienced construction professional with exceptional leadership skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone with experience deliveringground-up retail construction projects, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and large-format big box stores.You will collaborate closely with Directors of Construction, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, clients, consultants, and trade partners to deliver projects safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.Pay Rate: $145K to $160K/annuallyLocation: Calgary, ABJob type: Permanent| Full-timeResponsibilities:Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-outDevelop, manage, and track detailed project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost controlsAdminister contracts and oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control processesProactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impactMaintain full accountability for project financial performance, including profitability and marginsReview and approve project forecasts, cost reports, progress billings, and change ordersNegotiate and manage agreements with subcontractors and suppliersEnsure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reportingProvide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Coordinators and project teamsFoster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performance team environmentWork closely with Site Superintendents to support execution and resolve site-level challengesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key project stakeholdersLead project meetings and maintain transparent, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycleBuild and maintain strong,
