Overview

Content & Production Manager role with emphasis on ideation, scripting, reporting, and analytics, working with the media team during shoots to ensure our message lands with impact.

What You'll Do

- Content Strategy & Creation — Lead ideation, scripting, and scheduling of all content; ensure every piece aligns with growth and engagement goals; write, storyboard, and structure content for maximum impact
- Reporting & Analytics — Track performance across social, newsletters, and campaigns; use insights to refine content direction weekly; report follower growth, engagement, and campaign ROI
- Production & Collaboration — Support during shoots (with our media team owning production); ensure brand voice and consistency across video and media projects; collaborate on event-related content and highlight campaigns
- Optimization & Growth — Test and experiment with formats, messaging, and platforms; identify opportunities for higher reach and stronger conversion; align content strategy with long-term follower and community growth

What You Bring

Required:

- Strong creative and storytelling skills (writing, scripting, ideas)
- Comfort with reporting, analytics, and data-driven iteration
- Highly organized, able to manage content calendars and deadlines
- Cooperative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Passion for women’s empowerment and building community

Preferred:

- Copywriting that connects and converts




- Video editing skills (short-form, recaps, social-ready)
- Full-stack marketing skills (email, paid, funnels)
- Experience in events or community-driven brands

Compensation & Location

On-Target Earnings : $60,000–$70,000 CAD Base + variable bonus

Location : Remote (Kelowna, BC preferred)
