Your New CompanyOur client, an award‑winning, innovative architectural practice known for delivering high‑quality projects across multiple sectors, is currently looking to hire an experienced Design Architect to join their team.Your New RoleAs a Design Architect/Senior Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading the conceptual and design development of a varied portfolio of architectural projects, translating client vision, programmatic requirements, and contextual factors into innovative, high‑quality design solutions. This role emphasizes creative leadership, design excellence, and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders, from early concept through design development and into documentation support. You will act as a design steward for projects, ensuring design intent is maintained while balancing functionality, constructability, sustainability, and client goals.Key Responsibilities include:Design Leadership & Concept DevelopmentClient Engagement & CommunicationProject Collaboration & CoordinationMentorship & Studio ContributionQuality, Sustainability & InnovationWhat You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you bring strong architectural design expertise, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience leading the design & development of varied projects:Qualifications include:Professional Degree in Architecture, with an OAA license (or on path to licensure)At least 5+ years of dedicated architectural design experience.



7-10+ years for a Senior Design Architect level.
