Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage the scheduling lifecycle for multiple concurrent data center projects across North America. Job RequirementsWhat You BringIndustrial Pedigree: 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial, EPC, or mission-critical construction scheduling.Methodological Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Critical Path Method (CPM)



and experience applying Critical Chain (CCPM) to manage resource constraints and project buffers.Technical Command: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project (or P6), with the ability to interpret complex drawings and multi-discipline dependencies.Collaborative Leadership: A professional who excels at working with Construction Managers and Engineers to turn field data into accurate, visual, and analytical reports.Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with project leadership to:Architect Integrated Schedules: Develop and maintain high-fidelity Master Schedules from site-clearing through to the final commissioning of High-Performance Computing clusters.Optimize via Critical Path & Critical Chain: Go beyond traditional CPM; utilize Critical Chain(CCPM) methodology to manage resource buffers and protect project finish dates in a volatile supply-chain environment.Predict & Mitigate: Identify schedule risks and "bottlenecks" before they impact the bottom line, providing actionable mitigation recommendations to the Project Director.Synchronize Disciplines: Manage the vital intersection of procurement logistics, long-lead equipment delivery,
