Join us in shaping the future of the JCC experience for more than 75,000 people annually.Are YOU our JCC Inclusion Services Manager The Manager, Inclusion Services plays a key role in ensuring that individuals of all abilities feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to participate fully in JCC programs and community life. Reporting to the Senior Director, JCC Youth & Adult Programs, the Manager provides leadership and coordination of inclusion initiatives across JCC campuses. This role focuses on building inclusive environments, supporting staff and participants, and helping ensure that programs are accessible and meaningful for children, teens, adults, and seniors with diverse needs.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of Inclusion Services programs and initiatives across JCC campusesPromote a welcoming and accessible environment for individuals and families participating in JCC programsServe as a resource for staff and program teams on inclusion strategies, adaptive practices, and accessibility supportsManage participant intake and support the development of programs that meet the needs of diverse community membersCollaborate with departments including Daycare and Preschool, Centre Camp, Adult & Senior Programs,
