This is a fully onsite position based in Cambridge 5x week. The Mechanical Assembler builds and assembles large automation equipment and machines, including structural frames, precision-mounted components, and motion‑system assemblies for a well known global retail company. The role requires solid mechanical aptitude, experience working with heavy components, and the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings for both machinery and automated systems.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Experience with large assembly including structural frames, mounting components, and system assemblies- Must be familiar with the different types of fasteners, both Imperial and Metric- Must have a strong mechanical aptitudeNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Has their Crane or Forklift Certification
