You'll work at the intersection of algorithm design, system modelling, and real-world validation, playing a key role in shaping innovative energy solutions.This is an excellent prospect for someone with strong MATLAB/Simulink expertise and a passion for control systems, particularly within battery or electrification domains.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of control systems and algorithms for battery and thermal management systemsDesign and simulate system state diagrams and control strategiesEvaluate and validate algorithm performance through simulation and testingResearch and implement advanced control techniques and architecturesDevelop and maintain high-fidelity system models for batteries and associated subsystemsSupport hardware testing and validation, including test bench environmentsDocument modelling approaches, control strategies,
