Nurse Aide
QCS is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our healthcare team in Smiths Falls, Ontario. We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing quality patient care and support in a professional healthcare environment. The successful candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their condition, and help maintain a safe and comfortable workplace for patients.

Workplace: On-site

Salary: $36.00 per hour / 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Term or Contract

Start Date: As soon as possible

Languages
English or French

Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience
2 years to less than 3 years.

Responsibilities

Take patients’ blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients

Make beds and maintain patients’ rooms





Supervise patients’ exercise routines

Bathe, dress, and groom patients

Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher

Administer first aid in emergency situations
