Responsibilities
The Job:

The Northern New Brunswick Forest Operations Division is currently seeking a candidate interested in becoming a multifunctional contractor. Operations are located in the Restigouche region of Northern Current Brunswick.

Follow health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on Crown lands and J.D. Irving, Limited private lands

Operate equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with J.D. Irving, Limited’s best operating practices

Maintain high productivity throughout the work shift

Perform daily equipment maintenance

Work various shifts (day, night, and weekends)

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Your Qualifications:

High school diploma (or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an operator or contractor

Heavy machinery operator certification considered an asset

Ability to communicate in French

Meets J.D. Irving’s selection criteria
