With our operations based in Airdrie, Scotland, alongside facilities in Boston, Westwick, and Jersey, we are expanding our workforce and looking for committed individuals to join our team.
We are currently seeking a reliable Production Operator for our nightshift operations. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining our production processes during the night, ensuring that high-quality potato products are manufactured and packaged efficiently. Working hours from 8 PM to 4 AM, Sunday to Thursday, with a competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour, plus additional allowances for night shift work.
Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery during the night shift to ensure seamless production flow.
Adhere closely to safety and quality standards to maintain a secure working environment.




Inspect and verify the quality of finished products before packaging.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure efficiency.
Document relevant production metrics and report any issues to the night shift supervisor.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely production and problem resolution.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills relevant to the role.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferable, particularly within the food industry.
Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards.
Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team environment.
Basic mechanical skills to perform maintenance on production equipment.
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing production requirements.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Willingness to learn new processes and technologies relevant to the production role.
