Handyman Connection of Halton – Serving Halton Region; Including Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown, Acton and Waterdown.

Are you an experienced handyman or trades professional who enjoys steady work, fair pay, and the freedom of being your own boss? Handyman Connection of Halton is looking for skilled independent contractors to join our growing team and partner with us to meet increasing customer demand.

We specialize in small to medium-sized projects that keep cash flow consistent and schedules manageable. If you currently work independently—or want to—this is an opportunity to grow your workload without the time‑consuming effort of finding clients on your own.

What We Offer

Earn $30–$50/hr based on experience and skillset

Independent Contractor role – keep your freedom, flexibility, and control

Choose your own availability — part-time, full-time, or supplemental work

Mobile app access for job details, communication, and scheduling

Steady flow of small to medium home‑repair projects

Full office &customer; support (booking, admin, coordination)

Ongoing marketing in Oakville, Burlington, Milton & surrounding areas

Typical Work You'll Do




We primarily handle smaller home improvement and maintenance jobs, such as:

Drywall repairs & installations

Flooring repairs or small installations

Carpentry & trim work

Tile repairs & small tile installs

Interior painting

Weatherproofing & caulking

Replacement of plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, valves, etc.)

General home repairs & maintenance tasks

Light remodels & small renovation projects

On‑site assessments and estimates — must be comfortable meeting customers

Requirements

Minimum 7 years hands‑on experience

Skilled in at least 3 of the following: Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, small renovations, residential/commercial maintenance

Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle

Own tools & equipment

Liability insurance and WSIB coverage required

Smartphone with internet access

Must pass a background check

Robust communication skills and pride in workmanship
