Responsibilities include: Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in checking and maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
Reporting malfunctions to the maintenance department.
Anticipating and responding to the needs of our guests.
Supervising maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees).
Monitoring stock levels, identifying supply needs, and establishing orders.
Ensuring work conforms to Club Med's high standards of quality.
Collaborating with relevant departments such as room staff, laundry, and catering.
Guaranteeing service quality, safety compliance, and asset maintenance.
